Returns and Shipping Policy
DELIVERY AND RETURN INFORMATION
Orders placed on our website will be handed over to the cargo company within 3 business days after order confirmation, to be sent to your registered delivery address. Please remember to check your delivery address to avoid any errors.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You may return the products in your order free of charge within 14 business days following the day you received them, provided they are unused and their packaging is undamaged. Returns should be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo using customer code 839040173.
IMPORTANT: Returns must be personally delivered to the cargo branch and sent as "document size". Returns picked up from home or larger than document size will be rejected.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS
Product exchanges are not possible. As stocks deplete quickly, we recommend sending the product you wish to exchange as a return and promptly placing a new order.
Returns sent with recipient payment through cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo, or returns sent with the product box taped without being placed in a cargo bag, will not be accepted. You may return a purchased product provided it has not lost its re-sellable condition and has not been used.
If any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or similar conditions are detected on the purchased product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and its cost will not be refunded.
After checking the suitability of your returned products according to the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests are submitted to the bank within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the cargo is received.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please open and inspect packages you believe to be damaged during shipment in front of the authorized personnel of the cargo company. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a damage report. Please note that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
