2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared regarding the distance sale of optical products, glasses, accessories, and other related products offered by NOKTA OPTİK İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
The basic features, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the ordered products are presented to the consumer at the stage of creating the order. The Buyer has the opportunity to review and evaluate this information before confirming the order.
3. DELIVERY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Purchased products are delivered to cargo within a maximum of 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and logistics conditions, but it cannot exceed 30 days.
- The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, its packaging undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
- Products for which the right of withdrawal is not valid:
- Products specially manufactured or customized
- Products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
- Products with opened or used packaging
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
4. COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION
The Buyer may submit any complaints regarding the order and delivery process to the Seller using the following communication channels:

5. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this Pre-Information Form, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or services or where they reside are authorized, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
